SPICA

Modular, safe, rugged

Our SPICA batteries are a modular power storage units with environmentally compatible and safe lithium ion technology, designed for energy storage for private households and small commercial facilities. Robust "pouch bag" cells, storage module construction with homogeneous temperature distribution and a BMS specifically developed for these cells for permanent use of 20 years with high cycle stability enable you to store your produced energy in the long term.

Spica 30
The modular lithium-iron-phosphate storage module with a capacity of 3.1 kWh belongs to our standard products. It can be simply installed on the wall or set up on the floor and serves mostly to store excessive energy produced by solar or wind power plants. One to 4 of these devices can be coupled with each hybrid inverter, permitting graduated total storage capacities from 3 kWh to 12 kWh.

The modular lithium-iron-phosphate storage module with a capacity of 5.1 kWh belongs to our standard products. It can be simply installed on the wall or set up on the floor and serves mostly to store excessive energy produced by solar or wind power plants. One to 4 of these devices can be coupled with each hybrid inverter, permitting graduated total storage capacities from 5 kWh to 20 kWh.

Intelligent battery management system (BMS)


Each SPICA device has a dedicated BMS integrated. The intelligent BMS monitors every single cell for voltage and temperature to determine the condition of the battery cells. The integrated sensors are highly accurate and provide precise data for the charge balance of the individual cells. The integrated CAN interface communicates either with further battery modules or with the our hybrid inverters. This way, all data can be exchanged not only with the inverter but also with our service centre to recognise defects or cell changes in time. This interface also permits software updates and parameter changes.

VEGA

Modular, safe, compact

Our VEGA batteries are suitable for 19“rack cabinet installation. The internal setup is identical with the SPICA devices, but they have been developed for commercial use and higher storage capacities.

Vega 30
The modular 19-inch lithium-iron-phosphate storage module with a capacity of 3.1 kWh belongs to our control cabinet products. It is installed in commercial 19" racks or our dedicated LYRA control cabinets and serves mostly to store excessive energy produced by solar or wind power plants. Several of these devices can be coupled with hybrid inverters to permit different voltages from 48 V to 200 V and capacities of up to 40 kWh.

Vega 50
The modular 19-inch lithium-iron-phosphate storage module with a capacity of 5.1 kWh belongs to our control cabinet products. It is installed in commercial 19" racks or our dedicated LYRA control cabinets and serves mostly to store excess energy produced by solar or wind power plants. Several of these devices can be coupled with hybrid inverters to permit different voltages from 48 V to 200 V and capacities of up to 40 kWh.
